DenG in the streets of Ducor, Monrovia, hanging out with the homeless, providing a hot meal and entertainment. |
Last Sunday was a hectic but rewarding day for DenG. The musician visited Ducor, Monrovia, offering hot meals to
people on the streets. He also performed some of his hit singles,
entertaining his audience at no cost.
DenG told the crowd, “I
wanna be a spokesperson for you; I feel your pain because I was one of
you…I went through some untold sufferings living as a refugee in Gamoa,
Ghana. I will never forsake y’all.” He also asked that the people remain law abiding citizens and avoid drugs, and added,
“I understand your struggles of addiction but most of you should blame yourselves instead of putting the problem on our cops who are only there to keep the peace".
